• Images, copywriting, and any other unique branding under My Pit Boss BBQ™

You may not copy, imitate, reproduce, or distribute any portion of our intellectual property without written consent.

The use of Braille labeling across rubs, sauces, and merchandise is a proprietary strategy developed by My Pit Boss BBQ™ and forms a key part of our brand identity and mission. We reserve all rights to this concept under common law IP protections.

You may not reproduce or imitate this labeling approach without authorization.

No one may resell, white-label, or repackage any My Pit Boss BBQ™ product without a valid licensing agreement.

All wholesale, resale, and affiliate partnerships must be approved in writing.

We do not tolerate:

• Harassment, hate speech, or bullying of any kind
   
• Fraudulent purchases or abusive behavior
   
• Use of our platform or brand for unauthorized promotion or commercial activity
   

Violations may result in order cancellation, account disabling, or legal action.

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, for any reason—including potential fraud or product unavailability.

We ship using USPS, Pirate Ship, or third-party carriers.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted (pre-orders, special editions).
Delays outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues) are not our responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

• Any allergic reactions, misuse, or adverse effects from our products
   
• Inaccurate information posted by third parties
